How am I billed?

 

You'll be billed monthly or annually depending on the subscription plan you've selected. Your billing period starts on the first day that you signup for your plan.

What platform can I run SenseText?

 

SenseText currently runs on Windows platform but we're constantly expanding our platforms (with an API and mobile app already lined up in our platform roadmap).

How can I request for a new feature?

 

We'll be happy to hear any request for new features. Please send us an email at hello@sensetext.ai 

How can I report a suspicious fraudulent email?

 

Please forward a copy of the fraudulent email to our team for further analysis - fraudrisk@sensetext.ai

How can I cancel my plan?

 

We're sorry to see you go but kindly contact our friendly team at - hello@sensetext.ai - you'll just need to inform them that you intend to cancel your plan. Your subscription will then be cancelled at the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a free trial?

 

Our team will be happy to provide you with a free trial. You'll just need to book a demo with us. We can provide a risk-free 7-day trial for any of our products.

Should I use only SenseText to fight fraud?

 

We recommend a holistic approach to fighting fraud and having a robust anti-fraud strategy. This involves not relying solely on one tool or technology in detecting fraud but using a combination of anti-fraud tools to effectively fight fraud on multiple fronts. Lastly, please seek advice from other experts such as your fraud risk management team or independent fraud risk management experts for a more objective assessment.
